“Rooms were amazing! Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean Staying at the Inn makes me feel at home, from the house to the owner, Bill. The breakfast was always delicious and the company was delightful. We even had a couple bikes to use to go around town Definitely one of the best Inns I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend it!

“A great night’s stay in KPT! Such a lovely bed and breakfast. Very clean, nicely appointed, quiet rooms. The setting is beautiful. Breakfast was homemade using produce from the owner’s farm. Bill was delightful and we enjoyed visiting with him. We took his suggestion for dinner and headed out with an umbrella. He noticed it was raining pretty hard and messaged us to see if we needed a ride back. Above and beyond! We will be back!”

“Fantastic warm home that’s shared with others. Bill and his family allow you to relax and begin enjoying Kennebunkport right away. A short scenic walk to the center is rewarded by a variety of shops and restaurants, which all seem to know Bill. On my last visit I met two or three repeat visitors. That says a lot.”

“Although we only stayed overnight, we were highly impressed with the friendly owners, the gorgeous inn and the incredibly relaxing, shady front porch. Breakfast was prepared by Bill, the owner, and it was absolutely delicious! It was so enjoyabe to sit and have a very interesting conversation with Bill. It was an easy walk into town but being just outside the town gave us the peace and quiet we love. This will definitely be the place we return to every chance we get!”

“We booked a last minute room for 2 adults and 3 young children, for one night, on a busy holiday weekend. Lucky for us they had one room left that was perfectly accommodating, and the Inn itself is beautiful, welcoming and cozy. On previous nights we stayed at a larger resort nearby, and the children expressed how much they loved this B&B more than the big resort because it felt like home. We celebrated 2 birthdays among us and were treated to 2 birthday cakes, on the house! Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The owner, Bill went above and beyond as host, and helped make our stay a memorable one. We highly recommend it!”
